On Wednesday July 12, Fire Officers from The Barbados Fire Service were engaged in cleaning the Courtyard of the St Peter Parish Church, surrounding sidewalks, and gutters in preparation for the funeral procession of Sir Lloyd Erskine Sandiford on Friday.
Prior to the cleaning by the Fire Service cleaning Workers from the Natural Cultural Foundation were putting the finishing touches to the flooring of the overflow tents.
Meanwhile inside the Church itself personnel were engaged in a complete cleaning of the interior of the Church.
